Elfyn keeps himself in the WRC title hunt after recovering from first-day retirement.
Despite retiring early on the first full day of Safari Rally Kenya, Elfyn managed to salvage enough points from the event to keep his WRC championship challenge on track.
Breaking the suspension on his Yaris WRC on stage three after hitting a large rock, he returned on Saturday to climb the leader-board on this ultra-tough round which was visiting Africa for the first time in nearly 20 years.
He battled back to finish 10th overall, secure four points and remain second behind team-mate Seb Ogier in the championship battle.
